- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.6'C at plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
- Back storage room satisfactory.

Improvement observed with regards to the facility's sanitation level. Keep up the good work!
