Corrective Action(s): This is a repeat violation. After each use this machine must be unplugged, disassembled, washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Never let the food debris dry on.

Bleach sanitizer found at 100ppm chlorine residual - please use a larger amount of sanitizer, and store your rags in the bucket at all times

Freezers ranged from -16C to -35C
Dry storage has improved since last inspection. Please remove bags of recycling, and take away unused equipment (old meat slicer, etc)
**Keep all scoops out of product (bowl found in flour)
A mixed container of utensils was found with other miscellaneous tools. Keep food contact surfaces clean, and away from non-food tools.
General sanitation improved, however cleaning remains to be done behind meat slicer and along all walk in cooler storage racks.
