302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: The dishwasher rinse cycle does not have any sanitizer in it. There is not detergent being used in the dishwasher either. Corrective Action(s): Fix the dishwasher. Replace the detergent pail as well. Dishes have to be washed with soap and water and then sanitized in the final rinse. Violation Score: 15

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: There's no soap in the dispensers at the hand sink, the back kitchen sink or the washroom sink. There's some soap in a pump bottle at the front hand sink only. Corrective Action(s): Remove all wall mounted dispensers that are not needed or cannot be refilled. Replace these with working dispensers. The kitchen sinks should have mounted soap dispensers, but you can have the "pump" type soap in a bottle in the washroom. Violation Score: 3
