Observation: Noted raw fish being thawed in two comp sink- very close to a drying rack with dishware.
Corrective Action(s): Protect dishware from splashing water during defrosting in another area or install a splash gaurd between sink and dish drying rack.

Observation: -Proper dishwashing are not being followed- missing sanitize step- wash and sanitize in one step?
- Bleach solution for wiping rags was not provided at time of visit.

-Temperature of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory, fish on ice ( ice side) temp<4 oC
- Products have proper label.
-Hand was sink is equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
* Discussed thawing seafoods in cooler instead of under water- operator cant figure out the average daily sale
* Discussed sanitizing board in use - at least every 2 hrs.
* Violation ticket for : failure to have sanitizer on site (repeated violation) will be on file.
