Reinspection based on previous inspection report dated August 23, 2021. - Food Storage: Improved. Ensure all food contact surfaces are stored in covered, food grade containers. - Warewashing: Improved. All surfaces/implements must be washed and sanitized after use. Rotation of items discussed. Store all items in a sanitary manner. - Pest Control: Ongoing. Pest control monitoring is required to be conducted on site. Facility MUST remain clean and organized - all items are required to be stored off of floors. - Sanitation: Improvements noted. Rear storage: See Violation Note. Area is to be cleaned asap. Remove all unwanted items from rear of building asap. - Structurally: To prevent pests from entering the food premises.Follow these points: - Keep doors and windows closed or install screens - Seal or patch any holes or potential entry points on the exterior of the building - Install weather-stripping underneath exterior doors - Seal all rodent access holes in the walls and ceilings. (ie: dry storage room)
