Observation: Observed mice droppings in the areas below:
- Corners by the loading bay shutter
- Corners under the prep table with deli slicer (beside hand washing sink)
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings and sanitize the area using 200ppm Quats or 100ppm Bleach water.
Pest control service in place. Monthly or weekly service in place depending on the seasons.
Remove items off the floor and continue to monitor pest acvitivity daily. Address the issue ASAP.

Observation: 1. The loading bay shutter remained open during food production time.
2. Clutters noted under the front storage rack by the loading bay shutter.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remain the shutter door closed at all times except loading or unloading.
2. Remove clutters under the storage rack. Given 3 days.
