*Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels, with the exception of front- grill area ensure to have paper towel dispenser was empty at time of visit, ensure all are stocked at all time.
* discussed using bleach solution for wiping front and tables instead of fantastic (fantastic is a cleaner not a sanitizer not enough sanitizing property)- corrected at time of visit
- Foods are properly stored in coolers.
-Ensure BBQ at front are either hot or cold (not at room temperature >1 hr)
- Ensure all prepared foods are labeled with date of preparation ( max 2 days in cooler)
