[s. 14(3)] Observation: Frozen food items were being stored in the Nestle freezer that was not working. Corrective Action(s): Moved during the inspection. They were still frozen during the inspection. Violation Score: 1 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Spilled rice visible on the shelving in the back. Corrective Action(s): Clean today. Comments

-A fly strip was hanging in the kitchen near the hand washing sink. Removed during inspection. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach was at 100 ppm. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers, except the one noted above, were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Follow up inspection required.
