Observation: Sanitizer dispenser at the sinks adjacent to the dishwasher had 0 ppm Quats sanitizer when tested. A technician was called during the inspection and it will be repaired tomorrow.
Corrective Action(s): Repair within one week. Operator instructed to use a 1 tsp per liter bleach solution as an alternative until it is repaired.

Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Ice wands available for cooling foods prepared in advance.
The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level. Check daily.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm, in the sanitizer buckets. However, it was measured at 0 ppm at the dispenser.
No evidence of pests. Pest control report reviewed during the inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
