-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Customer area wrap and salad cooler was at 3C.
-Chest freezers ranged from -19C to -24C.
-Foods in the holding cabinet are sold/removed within 2 hours.
-Hot holding of gravy was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for sanitation).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and in pest resistant containers.
-Foods along the cafeteria line individually wrapped and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Some evidence of rodent droppings in the storage area. Clean and sanitize areas affected with droppings and contact pest control services if needed.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 27, 2026.
