Follow up inspection conducted
Shelving unit and under-counter cooler have been moved back and hand washing station in the kitchen is more assessable.
All wiping cloths stored in a chlorine (bleach) solution.
Rodent bait boxes have been removed.
Ensure staff practice proper hand hygiene such as frequent hand washing after any potential chance of contamination and proper use of gloves. Gloves must be discarded when switching between food tasks.
