Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees.
Observation: The handsink at the front (drinks area) had cups in the sink and was unavailable for handwashing, again.
Correction: Staff cleared the sink at the time of inspection. Ensure handsinks are always available for use.
Rationale: Blocked off sinks make handwashing difficult which can lead to contamination of food - leading to a foodborne illness.

Follow up inspection conducted.

Ice-machine and dough roller had been cleaned and sanitized - GOOD

Counters and the area around the dough roller was in good sanitary condition.

Raw eggs stored on the bottom shelf of preparation cooler from now on.

Scoops hung properly in dry ingredient bins. Handles do not touch the food.

Most violations have been corrected. Ensure handsinks are always available and never blocked with utensils.
Sanitizer spray bottles were at 200ppm chlorine residual solution.
