-Store all food products (even in boxed) off of the floor (6 inches)
-All ice discarded at time of visit, ice machine to be fully cleaned and sanitized, operator cleaned the ice machine at time of visit.

Guided inspection by student, supervised by Fatemeh Emami
- temperatures of coolers were less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius expect the noted cooler
- temperature of freezers were less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- dishwasher temperature >71oC at plate, glass washer iodine 12.5 ppm
- thermometers were noted in all coolers
- no signs of pest infestation -> pest control company come in for check-ups biweekly
- hand washing sinks equipped with soap and paper towel
*Bleach solution in bucket 100 ppm, in spray bottle too much ~ 500 ppm: explained and showed the operator to mix (1oz bleach in 1 gallon of water)- use test strip to check concentration
