Comments: -Domestic dishwasher is available (NSF with sanitation cycle) Manual Dishwashing practic is followed. (Wash, rinse, sanitize). 3 caps of bleach is added within a full sink of water for sanitation. -All refrigeration units temperature are satisfactory. -Lysol wipes is using as food preparation surface sanitizer. -General sanitation is satisfactory. -Employees are wearing gloves, hand washing was observed before the employee put on the gloves. -Handwashing sinks are equipped with liquid soap and paper towel. -Smoothie mixers are washed between services.
