* No change in service, menu or floor plan.
* Hot and cold water available.
* Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water.
* Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene.
* Quat sanitizer in use - 200 ppm.
* Equipment in good working order.
* Chemical test strips in use.
* Ice machine/stations are sanitary with dedicated scoops.
* Dishwasher final rinse at 82C at plate.
