Follow up inspection performed for routine inspection MKIM-CJVU77 and the following observation were made:
- No sign of pests
- Back door sweeper installed
- Kitchen vent observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Prep cooler observed to be at 2C, prep cooler can be used again.
- Temperature logs maintained
- Missing ceiling tiles installed
- All cooling units equipped with working thermometers
