Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two spray bottles were observed to be unlabeled.
Corrective Action(s): Spray bottles were labeled at the time of inspection. Ensure that all chemicals, cleansers, and similar agents are properly labeled to identify contents and prevent accidental mixing or misuse.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Upright reach in freezer at -10 degrees C at time of inspection. Note: Monitor and adjust as needed to ensure food is stored at -18 degrees C or less.
- Cold holding units equipped with thermometers
- Hot holding internal temperatures (rice) at 60 degrees C or more
- Both vertical donair broilers are on and rotating. A secondary cook step (flat grill) is available for donair meats
- No changes to end of day donair cone procedures, as previously discussed at the last routine inspection.
- Raw animal products and ready-to-eat items are properly organized.
- Temperature records up-to-date and available for review
- High temperature dishwasher measured 71 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at utensil surface).
- Bleach water sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine.
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Owner was observed to be properly washing and drying hands at the time of inspection.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Washroom maintained in clean condition.
- Permit posted at front
