-Follow-up inspection to confirm compliance with outstanding correction requirements: -Operator has made progress towards improving overall sanitation of the premises -Continue to focus on thorough cleaning/disinfection of hard-to-reach areas, especially in areas where new activity (mouse droppings) are found -Perform daily checks of the premises for pest activity -Remove any broken/old/unused equipment from the premises to eliminate harbourage areas and facilitate easier cleaning/maintenance -Contact pest control agent this week to conduct a full assessment of the premises and provide recommendations for mitigating/eliminating pest activity -Maintain a monitoring program with the pest control technician (ie. weekly/bi-weekly?) as needed for surveillance and resetting traps until pest activity is mitigated/eliminated -Follow-up inspection scheduled for ~1 month
