Routine Inspection:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Hand sink was easily accessible and nothing blocking the sink at the time of inspection - excellent!
All coolers maintained below 4 degrees Celsius.
All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 100 ppm.
3-compartment sink used for manual warewashing.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor and in pest-proof containers.
Pest control in place:
- Pest control comes in monthly
- All traps empty at the time of inspection
- Operator checks traps every Saturday
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection
Washroom clean and sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
