Observation: Cleaning needed around the dishwasher and garbage can to remove grease, food debris buildup and droppings. Also, the storage area must be organized.

Observation: No thermometer at front hot holding unit.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that a thermometer is installed here within one week and that it is within the correct temperature range.

Comments

-Hot water was turned off in the washroom. This was done to prevent non-customers from using the washroom. Hot water in a washroom is a requirement and was turned back on during the inspection. Discussed with operator.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All hot holding units were > 60 C.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate level.
-Follow up inspection required.
