Following are observed during the routine inspection:
- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers - walk-in, pizza prep and drinks coolers - all are measured less than 4C
- Chest freezer measured at -19C
- Hot holding unit measured at greater than 60C
- Three compartment sink is available
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe certification is verified
- General sanitation is satisfactory
