Comments

Follow-up to inspection #ZDER-CB8S4X and #ZDERCC6RFK
-Improvements in cleaning noted throughout kitchen however mouse droppings and activity still noted through out lower shelves in cooking line and in back storage room under shelving and beside/behind laundry machines.
-GM indicates that pest control is onsite more regularly and they are working at providing more detailed pest control reports with recommendations and observations. Operator does have a secondary pest control tech providing service more regularly
**FHA requires recent pest control reports from each pest control service
