Follow up in regards to cleaning and rodents: Area under dishwasher appears clean and free of food debris and rodent droppings. Staff washroom at back appears clean and free of debris and rodent droppings. One piece of dropping in dry storage area across from ovens. Appears to be old. Please ensure dry storage goods are protected. Replace flour lid with hole with sealable lid. Clean up old dropping. Monitor for any other signs or droppings. Install traps around the building. Clean any spilled flour. No further follow up required at this time.
