Observation: Droppings observed along back wall adjacent to walk-in cooler/freezer. Manager states pest control company conducts inspection every 2-3 weeks.
Corrective Action(s): Work with pest control company to eliminate pests from facility. If issue persists, pest control will need to be in more frequently.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean above identified areas. All areas of facility should be cleaned regularly as per approved sanitation plan. Develop and maintain a cleaning log for staff to sign off for accountability.
