Inspection following recent closure during renovations and additions of new Brew Bar: -All food surfaces appear to be clean and free of construction material or debris. -Some construction dust under the hand sink - wipe down before adding supplies. -Food in coolers and single use cups inventory appear to be new and received today (June 5 date stamps). -Freezer foods and any other cooler items: reminder to record temperatures during closures to ensure cold chain has been maintained. -Equipment in Brew Bar appear to be in good repair, clean condition. -Ensure Sanitation Plan is updated for staff for new equipment, especially for self serve drink station (e.g. include recommended cleaning times for staff during periods of heavy use).
