- All other hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm throughout. Solution in bucket is changed every 2 hours, sanitizer buckets are time-tracked - good.
- All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder.
- Freezer temperatures at -18C or colder
- All hot held food items were measured to be above 60C
- Accurate thermometers available for monitoring temperatures
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 73C at dish surface during rinse cycle
- Food storage practices good
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. In-use utensils were properly stored.

- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
