Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-AXNUUY: - Surface sanitizer available in designated bucket with wiping cloths at 100ppm bleach solution. Do not store it on the conveyor of the oven. - No food items were being thawed at the time of the inspection. - Working thermometers in all refrigeration units. - The dirty cardboard has been removed from the kitchen. - Build up of food debris and grease has been removed on doors of the upright cooler and wire racks.
