Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to routine inspection report #SDHI-CYGV4P Observations: - General sanitation has improved since the routine inspection. Grease and food debris has been removed from cooking area. - Hand washing stations observed unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. - Bleach sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration. - Operator has placed concrete on the floor in front of the walk-in freezer to ensure the floor is smooth and easy to clean. - Ceiling tiles in the storage area have been replaced/repaired. - No signs of pest activity during inspection - FOODSAFE level 1 trained operator available on site Note: - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
