Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a batch of rice at 38 - 40 C on a prep table in the kitchen; operator advised that rice is taken out of the walk-in cooler, reheated then served. Operator also advised that left over rice goes back into the cooler for use next time. THIS MUST DISCONTINUE.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to only portion out appropriate amounts per order then serve all the rice after reheating. Rice was discarded at the time of inspection

-Overall sanitation satisfactory; since the last inspection, premises kept relatively clean. Continue this practice
-Separate hand washing station installed in the kitchen
-Both hand washing stations (one at the front sweets serving area and in the kitchen) stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
-hot and cold running water provided
-bleach sanitizing solution available in the dining area and in the back; detected 50-100ppm of chlorine
-high temperature dishwasher in good working order; reached 76 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
-beverage cooler in the front at 4 C or lower
-sweets cooler in the front at 4 C or lower
-chest freezers in the kitchen at -18 C or lower
