Follow-up inspection
Hand sink was accessible and equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
High temperature dishwasher reached 71 C on plate surface after 2 runs. Ensure dishwasher is heated prior to use. Always use thermometer to verify temperature.
General organization has improved and efforts have been made to clean premises. Continue cleaning hard to reach areas.
