Observation: General sanitation is very poor. Items not used for the business is being stored on-site e.g. guitar
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items not required for the business. A thorough cleaning is required. Focus your cleaning on the following areas:
-Front service area counter beside the wok. Remove all cardboard. Clean and organize the area.
-Both handsinks must be scrubbed down.
-Back storage area must be cleaned and organized.
-Cooler doors to be wiped down and sanitized.

Exhaust hood has been serviced. Next service date is in Sept. 2022.
