On Follow-Up: Shelving hasn't been installed above the 3-compartment sink, but the table beside it is now attached to the 3-comp. sink properly so that water can drain into the sink and not the floor. If water pooling is observed again under the counter, shelving will be required. The lightbulb in the walk-in cooler has been changed to a 60 watts, but it's still not bright enough to see the floor on the opposite end of the cooler. Install a 120 watts bulb and replace the cover as well since it's cracked and has a burnt mark on one side. New staff have registered for FS level 1. *report reviewed, not signed*
