Observation: Cardboard used as liner in the upright milk refrigeration unit by the office.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the cardboard as all liners/ surfaces in the facility must be imprevious to moisture and easily cleanable. Also, the cardboard will prevent proper airflow in this refrigeration unit to allow cold air to travel to the bottom shelves of the unit.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Hot hold units were holding food at 60.0C or above.
Interior of the ice machines noted sanitary.
QUAT sanitizer containers were available throughout the prep area. 200 PPM - 400 PPM QUAT were noted in the containers.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 87.9C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Time stamps available and not expired for savoury pastries.
