Corrective Action(s): 1.A deep and thorough cleaning to remove the droppings is required in the walk in cooler and around dishwashing/mop sink area 2. Install rubber seals on sliding door of walk in cooler as gap is large enough to allow mice through. 3. Find and eliminate all exterior entry points for mice into the building. Including gap between walk in cooler wall and exterior wall/glass door. CORRECT: 1 week Violation Score: 9
