Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff washing hands with water only, dry hands, and put on new set of gloves.
Corrective Action(s): Staff must wash hands properly - with soap, and rinsing with clean running hot and cold water, then dry hands with paper towel.

Observation: Tap is not working at back kitchen handwashing station. No working is coming out. When asked, staff indicated sink is not required as staff wash hands at the front handsink.
Corrective Action(s): All equipment must be in good working order, especially handwashing station.
Fix taps so that hot and cold running water are available.
