-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Vegetable prep cooler was completing a defrost cycle at the time of inspection.
-Under counter cooler by cook line was at 4C
-Upright freezers was -15C and -16C.
-Chest freezer was at -21C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods were cooked greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods cooled rapidly and was at 4C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Probe It Food Safety) valid until September 3, 2025.
