Follow-up to routine inspection report #KLIU-C9NUG4:

> Sandwich prep cooler: lowest temperature noted was 4.9C.
> Time of inspection (2:15) was just following lunch rush when cooler is frequently being opened and closed.
> By the end of inspection (3:00) cooler temperature was slowly coming down to 4.1C.
> Operator showed photo taken at 9:32AM of cooler with temperature at 0C. Insert level is being covered by plastic wrap and trays when not in use to limit air loss.
> Continue to monitor the cooler temperature daily - check in the morning, once mid-day, and at end of day.
> Coffee creamers are stored in an insert directly over ice. The insert must be sufficiently submerged in ice (about halfway up the insert) so that creamers can be cooled.
> Handsink was no longer obstructed. Relocated some items under the sink so that the organics bin can be stored completely under the sink without protruding out.
> Bleach sanitizing solution in spray bottle was 200ppm.

Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report reviewed with staff on site.
