2) Low-temp dishwasher (chlorine sanitizer) is non-operational.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Operator indicates that they're using the cold water tap for hand-washing until repairs have been completed.
*Ensure hand-sink is repaired and hot water is restored within 7 days. Adjacent 2-compartment sink can be used for hand-washing on a temporary basis until hot water is restored to the hand-sink.
2) Operator indicates that they're using single-use take-out containers for food service.
*Ensure dishwasher is repaired and restored to operation within 7 days. Manually wash and sanitize all reusable cookware and kitchen utensils using the 2-compartment sink manual warewashing method until repairs completed
*2-compartment sink manual warewashing reference sign provided to operator at time of inspection.
