- Handsink in kitchen is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers are less than 4C
- Freezers are less than -18C
- Three compartment sink available for dishwashing
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: The front display cooler is not working. Operator is aware and no food stored in the cooler
NOTE: The kitchen is equipped to prepare dosa batter/dough. Right now, it is only prepared one or twice in a month and supplied to other food facilities.
