Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot holding unit was > 60 C and had a thermometer inside. No evidence of pests. Bleach spray bottle was measured at 100 ppm chlorine. Staff is FoodSafe Level 1 certified. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
