Cleaning between machines has improved but there is still debris on the sides of one of the cooking line machines towards the back--ensure to clean thoroughly Foodsafe certificate available on site for owner (who was present during inspection). Discussed with owner regarding keeping copies of all FoodSafe certificates for staff in a binder for easy access during future inspections. **As discussed, any FoodSafe Certificates issued BEFORE July 29/2013 will expire July 29/2018. Foodsafe certificates have expiry date of 5 years. There are 2 options to renew your Foodsafe: 1) Take the online refresher course directly on the FoodSafe website. 2) Retake the FoodSafe level 1 course. Thank you.
