- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in spray bottle
- Dishwasher registered 100 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle, detected at the dish surface.
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures at 4C or colder.
- Two-door freezer measured at -18C or colder
- Soup hot-held at above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory. All food stored off the floor. Pest-proof bins in use.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Operator has valid FoodSafe level 1 certification
- Pest control is still in place. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
