A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezer -18C; hot holding units 60C or hotter; thermometers present; and temps recorded 2x/day. - Quats sanitizer in 3-comp sink, cloth buckets, and in spray bottles had strength of 200ppm. Test strips present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; labelled; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and shelves. - No expired foods found in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - All surfaces and equipment are in good working order. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
