- Cleaning has been completed for all areas noted on previous inspection report (walk-in cooler, interior of freezer, mop sink and surrounding area, and under cooking equipment). - Time-tracking stickers were in use for condiments and toppings held at room temperature - good. No eggs were being held out at room temperature at time of inspection. - Quat sanitizer bottles with appropriate time-tracking stickers were available for use. 200 ppm Quats detected. Thank you
