There's an electrical power bar outlet atop the cutting board for the bread -it is caked with flour (possible electrical hazard)
Corrective Action(s): Dishwash the bulk scooper -keep the scooper handle-up in the food otherwise ideally keep outside in a washable container

Remove and clean the power bar and store in a location where it will not get contaminated from food
