General sanitation is good.
The handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Coolers (walk in, prep, upright) < = 4 C.
Freezers (chest, upright) - satisfactory.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Note: A thermometer doesn't work in the bar cooler.Please, replace it.
Mostly food items in cold units are covered at the time of inspection.
Note: Ensure that all food items are covered. If cooling procedures are done transfer food in a container with lid.
Two compartment sink - satisfactory.
Low temperature dishwasher at 100 ppm.
Surface sanitizer available in white bucket with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm chlorine solution.
Spray sanitizer (Bleach)/the bar at 100 ppm.
Ice-maker - clean; an ice-scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection.
Dry storage area - organized. (Dry food items are stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids.)
Staff washroom - clean; supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap & paper towel in dispensers.
No pests activity at the time of inspection.

Note: Observe small amount of food debris under the storage shelf (the dry storage area)/between storage containers; behind a mixer; & behind a lid for the kitchen prep. cooler.
