Code 306 - Back cooking area cleaned and inside walk in cooler. Continue with cleaning underneath prep tables and underneath dishwashing area. Ensure to following your Sanitation Plan for regular cleaning to maintain kitchen in sanitary condition. Code 209 - Missing light cover still to be replaced. Owner was on-site at time of visit. He said will be replacing the cover as well as replace the broken handle for the walk-in cooler. The outstanding items to be done before the next routine inspection.
