*Walk-in cooler at the time of inspection was being cleaned. A trolley with 4 containers of raw chicken were left at room temperature due to cleaning of walk-in cooler. These containers were on ice bath. Once cleaning completed, the trolley was moved back into the walk-in cooler
Chicken batter station is cleaned after two sessions of cooking; roughly after 80 pieces. Staff indicated that the whole set-up is swapped with a new one, cleaned and sanitized prior.
