Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer solution in large sanitizer pail and in small containers at coffee machine measured 50 - 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Staff changed sanitizer solution in sanitizer pail and containers at time of inspection. 200 ppm Quats detected.
Change sanitizer solution more frequently than every 2 hours if solution is visibly dirty/cloudy.

- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from the dispenser.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 75C at the dish surface during rinse cycle. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface required.
- Coolers measured 4C or colder
- Freezers measured -18C or colder
- Accurate thermometers available.
