Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Toppings on counter top across from cookline stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Operator put these toppings in ice water at the time of inspection. This is only a TEMPORARY solution. This issue must be addressed by February 25, 2019. Please include the action plan to be submitted. If no acceptable solution can be found, the menu may be reduced.

Note: Food noted in previous inspection has been kept on ice water and measured 2C at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat slicer has been cleaned but debris still visible by blade guard.
Corrective Action(s): Wash and sanitize your meat slicer. Operator cleaned the meat slicer at the time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Handwashing sink is for handwasing ONLY. Do not store other equipment in this sink.

Comments

Back storage area much improved:
- clutter has been reduced, bottles returned to bottle depot
- no food stored outside
- walk-in cooler has been re-organized

Hole noted in wall appears to be just deterioration of wood covering a solid glass pane.

- long term solution to storage of toppings
- storage of foods in the outside area
